Mr Clive Swale

Principal, Invictus Family
Mr Clive Swale joined Invictus in 2020 as the Principal of the Phnom Penh campus and Invictus Family. Prior to this, he was the Primary School Principal at Green Hills Academy in Rwanda and has worked in schools in New Zealand, England, Brazil, Vietnam, and Uruguay. Mr Swale's other past positions include Director of Learning, Assistant PYP Coordinator, Literacy Coordinator, Assistant Principal, ICT Coordinator, and Primary School Teacher. He has experience with the New Zealand curriculum, UK National Curriculum and the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Mr Swale has been the lead presenter at an Educational Conference for Critical Literacy and has been the assistant lead for an AdvancED school accreditation.
Ms Judit Farkas
English and Mathematics Teacher
Ms Judit Farkas is Hungarian born and has been a citizen of the world ever since, moving to the US as she pursued her professional swimming career in tandem with her studies. Ms Judit now lives in South-East Asia and has taught students across all ages and nationalities. Her enthusiasm and infectious personality shine through the screen instantly! Since 2017, She has worked as a teacher in Phnom Penh, with students of different age groups and nationalities from all across Asia. According to Ms Farkas, being part of a child's learning journey, seeing them develop and grow is the most rewarding experience a teacher can have.
Mr Joel Mesa
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education, Philippine Normal University
Class Teacher
Mr Joel Mesa is a licensed professional teacher with more than 25 years experience in education. Mr Mesa has taught in the primary, secondary and college levels in schools that are accredited by prestigious bodies such as PAASCU, DepEd, CHED, CIS, WASC and IB, and Cambridge. He has taught various subject areas such as Language Arts including ESL, Humanities, Global Perspective, Sociology, Political Science and Psychology. Apart from his role as a regular school teacher, he has been assigned various school roles such as Head of Discipline, Head Teacher and Coordinator for Academic, Clubs, and Events. Mr Mesa loves travelling, cooking, playing badminton and table tennis. His long term goal is to devote more time to do volunteer and charity work. Having spent more than half of his teaching career in Cambodia, he considers it his second home and is very happy to be part of Invictus Family.
Mr. Justin Badham

Mr Justin Badham attained his teaching qualifications in the United States and has been teaching students at the primary level in Beijing, for the past six years. He is eager to get started in Cambodia, and his goal is to make learning fun and exciting. Outside the classroom, Mr Badham enjoys holding guitars, eating eggs and looking at the different shapes clouds make.
Ms Zhang Juan
Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Anyang Normal University

Ms Zhang Juan joins Invictus from Glory Bridge Academy and has taught students from the age of 4 to 30 years old. With a Master's degree with a specialization of teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers, Ms Zhang is well equipped with the skills to give Invictus students a headstart. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, sports, cooking and watching movies.
Ms Sin Vong Dalis

Khmer Teacher
Ms Dalis Vong is from Cambodia and has been teaching Khmer for the past eight years. Before joining us at Invictus, Ms Vong taught for five years at New Gateway International School and three years at the Texas International Academy. Her favourite pastimes include reading, discovering new things, housework and research. She would say that she is someone who is focused, caring and committed. Ms Vong is very passionate about teaching as she wants to help the younger generation to understand the Khmer language better.
Ms Emmanuela Ruben

Ms Emmanuela Ruben joins Invictus as an experienced art teacher of 20 years, 16 years teaching in the Philippines and four years in Cambodia. She specializes in visual art, drawing, painting, portrait making, multi-media sculpture designer, costume designing, stage decoration, calligraphy works.
Mrs Annette Swale

A New Zealander by birth, Ms Annette Swale left New Zealand in 2008, and she has lived in England, Brazil, Vietnam, Uruguay, and Rwanda. She loves to travel and is enjoying the experiences gained from travelling and living abroad.
Mr Kim Vuthy
Assistant Finance Manager
Mr Kim Vuthy joined Invictus in January 2020. His prior experience includes working with multinational companies as a Financial Controller in Indonesia and as an Accounting Manager in Cambodia. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, volleyball and reading.
Mr Tan Tee How

Mr Tan Tee How has been an Executive Director of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd since Feb 2018. Prior to this, he had served 34 years in the Singapore Administrative Service, holding various key appointments, including Principal Private Secretary to then-PM Goh Chok Tong (1997 to 2000) and founding CEO of National Healthcare Group (2000 to 2004). He was Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of National Development (2004 to 2011) and of the Ministry of Home Affairs (2011 to 2014). He was also Commissioner of Inland Revenue and concurrently CEO of IRAS (2014 to 2018). Mr Tan is currently Chairman of the Casino Regulatory Authority, Deputy Chairman of National Healthcare Group, Board member of Hong Leong Finance Ltd and a member of the Panel of Experts, Singapore Cooperation Enterprise. Mr Tan serves on a number of civic and voluntary organisations. He is President of the Singapore Scout Association, Non-Resident Fellow of NUS Kent Ridge Hall, and Board member of Caritas Community Council.
Mr Law Cheong Yan

Mr Law Cheong Yan has been the Group Chief Financial Officer for Chip Eng Seng since August 2013. He leads the Group’s financial, management accounting, taxation, and treasury functions, as well as leading investor relations. Prior to joining CES Mr Law spent more than nine years in China and the USA managing overseas subsidiaries for several Singapore companies. Mr Law was also the Group’s Financial Controller for the period from June 1999 to February 2004 and an auditor with an international accounting firm from September 1995 to June 1999. He is a member of ISCA and CPA Australia. He serves as an independent director of Dynamic Colours Limited.
Dr Koh Thiam Seng

Dr Koh Thiam Seng joined Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd as Senior Vice President in October 2018. Prior to this, Dr Koh was Associate Dean at the Office of Education Research and Associate Professor of Natural Sciences and Science Education at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University where he had served as a faculty member for more than 28 years. He had held senior appointments at the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) and NIE. He was a Deputy Director (2000 – 2003) at the Higher Education Division, MOE involved in policy formulation for university, polytechnic and ITE education. He was concurrently Deputy Director (2007 – 2008) at NIE overseeing educational research. He was Principal (2009 – 2015) of St. Joseph’s Institution and Chief Executive Officer (2015 – 2017) at St. Joseph’s Institution International School.
Mr Bob Koh Chin Nguang

Mr Koh Chin Nguang joined Chip Eng Seng Education in 2019 as its Senior Vice President. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1988 with First Class Honours with the Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC) Gold Medal. He holds a Master degree in Education from Harvard University, USA (Ed M 1998); and attended the Executive Public Policy Training Programme at the School of Government in Peking University, China in 2008. Over the course of almost 30 years in education, Mr Koh held numerous appointments in various schools, including the Principal of Ngee Ann Secondary School, Headmaster of Raffles Institution, Principal of Hwa Chong International School. In addition, Mr Koh also held senior appointments in the Singapore Ministry of Education Headquarters, in 2003 as Cluster Superintendent and later as Deputy Director/Sciences, overseeing the planning and development of the national curriculum in Mathematics and Sciences from primary to junior college levels. For his contribution to education, Mr Koh received the Public Administration Medal from the President of the Republic of Singapore.
Ms Louise Grant

Louise Grant is the Founding Director of Repton Schoolhouse, Singapore and a Managing Director ofWhitelodge Singapore and Malaysia. She was Founding Principal of SJI International Elementary School Singapore, having previously been the Curriculum Coordinator at United World College of South East Asia. Prior to UWCSEA, Louise was Head of Key Stage 2 at Alice Smith British School Malaysia. After gaining a Master of Education (with Merit) from the University of Sydney, Louise’s first experience of international education was as Founding Head of Primary at the Australian International School, Singapore. During her time in Australia, Louise was the Founding Head of Primary at The Mc Donald College, a specialist performing Arts school and Principal at St Mary’s Primary School in NSW. Louise served on the Association of Catholic Schools Principals representing the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.
